                       20 Base Jumps

Strength: V: Push Jerk 5 x 3 75% from 1 RM C and J
                 JV: Push Jerk Technique and Intro  

MetCon: V: 10-8-6-4-2 Reps for Time
                    Deadlifts
                   Lateral burpees

              JV: 9 - 6 -3 Reps for time
                     Deadlifts with barbell or kb
                     Burpees
