                  Then

                  Inch worms
                  10 ring rows
                  10 air squats

Strength: V: Hang Squat Cleans 4 x 3 (unbroken sets heavy but maintain form)
                JV: Shoulder Press 5 x 5

MetCon: V/JV: 10 Min AMRAP
                          10 Deadlifts
                          10 Lateral Burpees
