Warm Up: 3 x 200m Run
                        Inch Worms Length of Gym
                        Ring Rows

Strength: Varsity: Strict Pull Ups 4 x 10 (use bands if necessary)
                Junior Varsity: Pull Ups Kipping Progressions then 4 x 10 pull ups or ring rows

MetCon: Varsity and Junior Varsity
               10 Min AMRAP
               8 Wall Balls
               10 Burpees
               12 Alt Lunges with WB overhead
