                       Butt Kicks
                       Karaokes
                       Burpee Broad Jumps


 Strength: Varsity: Front Squat 6 x 3 70%
                 Junior Varsity: Front Squats (set up 3 weights and three groups cycle through 4 times 3                        reps per athlete)

MetCon: Varsity: 4 Rnds for Time
                             200m Run
                             10 Box Jumps
                Junior Varsity: 4 Rnds for Time
                                         200m Run
                                         5 Box Jumps
