Warm Up: 3x Over/Under the Fence
                       10 Leg Swings Each Leg
                       10 Shoulder Passes
                       10 Wall Squats

Strength: Varsity: 1 RM Snatch
                Junior Varsity: Snatch Intro and Technique Lifting out of the Hang Position

MetCon: Team WOD (1 Varsity and 1 Junior Varsity make a team)
               12 Min AMRAP
               Teammate 1: 5 Push Ups
                                     10 Air Squats
                Teammate 2: 200m Run with Med ball or Sand Bag
                Score is number of rounds of push ups and air squats
