Warm up: 3x 1 min jump rope, 10 good mornings, 10 air squats

Strength: 12x1 deficit deadlifts every 30 seconds +10 pounds

Metcon: 3 rounds of
              1 min pull ups
              1 min push up
              1 min row for meter
              1 min rest
              Score is total reps and meter
